Flaxseed oil
Cold-pressed flaxseed oil has a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, has a beneficial effect on the circulatory system, compensates for the harmful effects of other fats (especially animal fats) and strengthens the body’s immunity.
When fresh, it has great medicinal effects due to the high content of omega-3 fatty acids and the overall beneficial role of essential fatty acids. Because it contains more than 50% alpha-linolenic acid, it is a rarity among foods.
It must not be heated and should be added only after the meal has been prepared. Old oil tastes bitter and is harmful to health. To maintain its quality, the oil should be stored in dark bottles and in a cool place. For this reason, the oil is pressed only after the customer has ordered it and is dispatched within two days of pressing.

HOW TO USE IT
Two to three teaspoons a day are recommended to enrich the food. If the taste seems unusual at first, it can be mixed with olive oil or taken with butter. A mixture of butter and flaxseed oil at a ratio of 1:1 can be prepared in advance – from a dietary point of view, the butter will then be acceptable and beneficial as a food
Medicinal treatment (or just a healthy snack) can be prepared easily and quickly – mix 1 part oil and 3 parts soft low-fat (up to 1%) curd cheese, flavour with honey, forest fruits or nuts (not peanuts). Stir well and eat once a day.
